Avoid excess intake of sugar, caffeine and alcohol to keep your beauty intact. Drink sufficient water. It will wash away toxic substances from your body and help in proper nutrition. Proper sun exposure is also required for maintaining beauty after you are above 45.

Right night sleep is highly crucial for beauty management of women above 45 years of age. Adequate night-sleep ensures proper recuperation of body cells. As a result, growth of body cells becomes normal. It also enhances secretion of hormone melatonin. Melatonin helps in reversing ageing process and enhancing sex drive. Once at 45 you need to admit the fact that you are not the same woman 20 years before. Hence, stress level needs to be managed effectively. Don’t overstretch your body and mind.
